hmmmm... I think I already tried that and it always comes up guilty no matter what. Unless there's some screenshot out there proving that an innocent verdict can be achieved, I guess it's impossible.

I'll give it a shot tonight and see what I can find. Its most likely stat or level based offenses.

Sure, send someone in who isn't the one being charged by themselves who hasn't earned the right and the prinnies will screw you over. I think as long as you send in the person being charged at the bottom you can get a guilty sentence. (say for example throw a level 1 character in when its for Too high attack or Excessive Force). I haven't tried it but I think I'll make a throw away character one time just to see what they'll do to you.

No, it doesn't matter who you send in... They'll just say "never mind" and give the person(s) the verdict. It's more effective to throw a tower of characters so ALL of them will get the verdict, it saves individual trips to get that 300%XP bonus, and reincarnating sins KEEPS the XP bonus and removes felony, so...

The Nekos can't steal since their monster classes I think. You need a thief to steal most of the time since they have a higher chance. Thiefs are godsends if you find yourself in a pinch. Sleep/poison and run away ^^; Its a cheap tactic but if you find yourself pissing a yellow character off by accident (i.e. piss off a level 1000-5000 when you're like only level 50 or something) this and tink running to the far end of the map is like your only recourse from not having to restart.

Doesn't matter what class. Lv9999 Nekos I suggested because you can get them the minute you hit 4-3. Also, ALL characters stealing chance are based on level, so a Lv9999 Neko is the easiest way for stealing, it is a definitive chance of 50%, and you can re-use hands which fail..

I would also recommend Dark world 12-4 and 13-1 like the guide suggests. Work on CoO4, then work up to 13-1, pass an enemy stronger bill, repeat. Mix in some visits to the court/item world, and eventually, you will max enemie levels and be unbeatable.

Is it me or does the felony counter stop at 99? Do you just keep going after that? Or do you need to get your slate wiped clean?

The IMAGE counter stops at 99.

The REAL counter actually stops at 300, where you get 3x EXP bonus and other benefits.

Guide mentions reincarnating everytime you hit 99 to keep a visable count. Probably a good way to work your way up the classes list too.

Wait so you can actually get over 99 crimes before you prinninate (w00t coined a term)? My archer had 96 crimes before she got another 6. I figured that 3 crimes were just lost. Anyway I prinninated her and she had no crimes again as far as the visual counter goes.

I suppose there's no way to tell if your character has 300 unless you're keeping good notes?

On another note, definately get the high level catgirls/succubi for stealing. There have been maybe 50 awesome items I'd have missed out on without these characters, including all the equipment on some of the secret bosses.

You always have the next cycle to run through. Now I have a reason to buy stealing hands. I managed to steal some Rare and Legendary items using my Neko(s). If it fails, just try the next Neko because you won't waste the hand :3
