About Dark Assembly senators...
First, Petit Orcs senators like females characters and Mothmans senators are with monsters. My question is, do Succbus, Alrune (flower girl monsters) and KitKat (cat girl monsters) are they consider only monsters or both monster and female?
Second, anyway to convince a White Dragon senator to vote for you? (since they take bridery badly)

I've never had any luck with the dragons. The only thing I do is get everyone on my side but them. That's the only way I can counter them. Maybe calling them via cell phone during battle may improve their disposition but I'm not really sure. I've never used their cell before, just the Earth Defender and the prism ranger one.

Those Baciels annoy me. Even if they say they'll support the next bill, they always come to the assembly drunk. That doesn't help at all. :P

I think the best way for them to be more on your side is to make Adell a senator and attend the White Dragon's senate meeting. If everyone in the assembly votes "Aye" for the White Dragon's bill (with your assistance using bribes), I think the White Dragon senates will like you more. I'm not yet succesful at achieving this so my knowledge about this may not be entirely correct.
Otherwise, celphones are the way to go.

My sucess has come for bribing the Wood Golem and Mothman party. Becoming a senator and raising your voice seems to help.
I've basically just ignored the Baciels and the White Dragons. Bribing them is a waste of time. Though you could use the items like chloroform to put the dragons to sleep and medicine to sober up the baciels. (You can buy them in item world stores.)
As for getting a party vote passed as a senator. I've done it for the Mothman Party, it does put them in a better disposition towards you but it isn't a garentee that they will support a bill you put up.

High Senate - WoodGolems
Mid Senate - Mothmen
Low Senate - Orcs
Bribing them to either Total Support or Love<3 will pretty much get you an easy pass. Baciels are drunk so they're too random, Holy Dragons don't take bribes as they "work with Justice," and Ghosts are asleep half the time. Try and get Legendary Senators to Love<3 whenever you see them (I have only one LS atm, and that's Morpheus who is at Love<3). Remember, it doesn't matter whether Baciels support you or not, their drunkenness determines their vote. Even if they're really against you they may vote for you if they're drunk. Therefore, ONLY use Medicine on the Baciel who support you!
Therefore, when giving senators a greater voice when you get Adell as a senator, pick the three mentioned at the top of my post, as they are the most worth it.
Secondly, Monsters are classified as BOTH Monster and Gender (ie. Taro is Monster/Male, KitKat/Succubi/Alraune are Monster/Female).

I actually got the White Dragon's bill passed as a senator. It didn't do much, I won't waste time with that. Basically just stick to the three parties mentioned above.
