HOW DO U LVL UP WITH OUT GETTING THE NEKOS
I see peoples accounts that have like lvl 700 people. I can't even get people to lvl 150 and I have been playing for about 80 hrs. All my guys are lvl 100. HOW DO I LVL UP WITH OUT GETTING NEKOS OR LIKE 100 FELONIES.

Train sword-users/fist-users til they get their 3x3 skill - Winged Slayer and Lion's Roar respectively. Actually, if you really want to, you can get Big Bang for Fist instead as that's more effective than Lion's Roar (which is actually more like a 3x3 ring).
Spam CoO4 with Bravehearters/Kneel Before Me/Song of Courage.
Quick levels w/o 9999 Nekos.

CoO4 = Cave of Ordeals 4.
There are 8 Level 250 Killer Dolls.
There are geopanels with 100% EXP effect.

how far away are they from the base panel. Because as I said my guys are only lvl 100 so I would need to use braveheart and the other power up moves or they would kill me fast.

1 more q. My friend has the players guide and as I was fliping through it the person who was playing had lvl 3000 people. How long would it take to do that and how do u do it (for example: it shows a pic of a chaos soldier killing prinny baal in ONE hit and the caption said "you havn't finished the game till you have killed prinny baal in one hit).

First of all, your priority for your first step towards getting a decent unit is to steal the Legendary Arcadia off of the Zombie King in CoO5. Then level it up to 100 or higher (depending on how patient you are, you can get it to the cap of 200). You can use that Arcadia as a training device to start levelling in CoO4 for the first hundred levels. Afterwards, Item World or LoC becomes you next best bet for levelling.

If you stack all your best specialists on a single item and pass the specialists around to your characters, you can level up pretty fast using Cave of Ordeals 4. I'm kind of in the same boat as you tho. My characters were stuck in the low 100's after maybe 100 hours of gameplay. My problem was sheer number of characters. I have around 35 characters because I cant bring myself to axe any of them. One of my friends has 8 main characters with a couple backup, and his characters are lvl 2000 or so.
Anyway if you get good specialists and use Cave of Ordeals 4 to your benefit, you should be leveling pretty fast.
I have about 15 of my best characters at lvl 250-300, with my lowest around 100 or so. I've just about got Rank 6 of all class types, so I'll be reincarnating one last time on a few of my characters then I'll stop reincarnating for a while.
Here are some specialists you should get:
Armsmasters
Professionals
Gladiators
Marksmen
The professionals help the most IMO, as they raise your critical chance. I have a lvl 100 professional which means I crit every single time, so I can pass it around and basically double the damage of whoever is clearing the CoO4.
As for prinny crimes, they're easy to build up. You can go into the prinny court several times in the same item, you just need to have 1 baliff in there at a time. So throw a lvl 12 baliff on an item, find the gate, then leave and put a lvl 14 or 16 one in there, repeat. It uses alot of gency's exits, but it racks up prinny crimes quite quickly.

How do u pass specialists around. Every time I go Vene and ask to transfer but it only lets me transfer bailiffs?
I just thought of the perfect lvling up spot. First get 300 felonies on all characters. Then got to Co04. there is a 100% exp boost. You get a f***ing big boost of 400% exp. When u have finaly stoped lvling up from killing the jesters (this isn't going to happen fot a loooooooong time) go pass the bill "stronger enemies" and do it all over.
