Re: This game broke my heart
Ah, I see. I did wonder, since I maxed everyone out at 50, before even bothering with the "godly alchemy loops."

Re: This game broke my heart
Well, to get to level 50, I just kept fighting Dragon's Den gauntlets. It's the fastest way to get there. Abuse the break attacks for the best exp.
For the alchemy loops. There are several cases where an ingredient needed to make an item is craftable. Since, craftable items have property reviews on them, it's possible to pass reviews on to the next item. In other words, say I have items A, B & C.
Item A has the review HP up S, item B has Defense up S & item C has Attack up S.
Now I'm trying to craft item D, which uses items A, B & C as inter-changable ingredients. By crafting item D with one of A , B or C, I can transfer the review from the ingredient to item D.
Now, lets say that item D is an inter-changable ingredient for item A. I can then use the item D that I just made to craft a new A. Now the new A can be used to make a new D, thus stacking the property reviews on D. The review would then be HP up M. This can be done until all of the properties on D are maxed out.
I'm probably using the wrong terms here, since I haven't played this game in a year and a half, but the general idea is there.
The weapons guide on GameFaqs explains this better than I can. Just scroll down to "godly alchemy loop."

Haha...So, you're just battling at Dragon's Den gauntlets? I just battling at Lalizatt Cave (U.S version). You mean, carryover properties, like to sythesis weapon? Ah, I see. Can you give me the receipe for the Divine Azoth? I just reached Dark Azoth for the last time.

Re: This game broke my heart
The Divine Azoth recipe I used was Royal Azoth + Comet Stone. However, that was because I used the godly alchemy loops on it. The Dark Azoth was the one weapon for Felt I never made.
The base recipe should be listed in game & involves either the Gale Azoth or the Spirit Azoth, depending on which path you take.

Hmm...Royal Azoth? I never heard of it. Are you playing with J.P version? And, why are you never made Dark Azoth? It's quite good, if I should say. But...I think you're unfair. Using "godly alchemy loops" is shortcut, y'now.

Re: This game broke my heart
The Royal Azoth is gotten via a second weapon tree branch off the first sword for Felt. You need to see a story event in episode 20 (I think) to make it accessible.
Dunno why I never made the Dark Azoth, really. I thought I made everything, but when I dusted the game off to check that recipe for you, I noticed that.
True, the godly alchemy loops are a bit overkill for the normal part of the game, but in the "Legendary Gauntlets", they are a must. I never used the godly stuff before finishing the game, only in the bonus stuff.

Re: This game broke my heart
My memory of what episode it becomes available in is a bit fuzzy. I know the event you need to see before it becomes available, but mentioning it is a spoiler. So...
SPOILER
The event is when the Azure Azoth is fixed.
END SPOILER
After the scene above go to a camp site & when you go to forge a new sword, there should be two more of them branching from the sword Felt started the game with. You may need to get the Divine Azoth first, though.
I'm pretty bad at explaining things like this w/o a visual...sorry.
Hm... On the screen that looks like this...

For Felt, there will be two more swords on the far left side, the Royal Azoth is the strongest one.
