Are there any other better places to level build and gain SP quicker, other than the Dragon's Den/Nest fighting arena/colisseum?

E.G., any place other than the Dragon's Den/Nest, where I can earn more EXP, SP and Cole per fight, or are the fights at the Dragon's Den/Nest the most profitable fights in the game?
