Cloche's penguin costume
How can I get it?
I'm on cloche's route and completed all of her cosmosphere but I didn't get her penguin costume =(

Did you clear all of its 5 levels?
As far as I know, that costume is gained clearing Lv. 2.

I completed all 9 cosmospheres(anyway it's all of them) and got her wedding dress.
On 2nd cosmosphere, I received no penguin costume at all =(
Is this a new bug?

Ah, I see what the problem is.
I meant that you get that costume from the Lv. 2 of a special 4th Cosmosphere that you can access by diving in a special Reyvateil, and you can only access it if you return to the Hot Spot area after fighting with Zodoma in Phase 5. That costume can't be gotten from Cloche's Cosmosphere.

Phew, that above phrase is tough to understand, but I think he means in the Infelsphere...but I could be completely off-base here.
