Who to give the Hymn Crystal Purger to?
Does it really matter who you give the Hymn Crystal Purger to?
After trying out both options (Aurica and Misha), I've concluded so far that the one you choose is the one that fights along side you when fight the virus, ELMA-DS, the first time, and you get a special battle hymn unique to each character.
However, does your choice have any real bearing on the ending you get, or the ultimate outcome of the game? Is the Reyvateil that you give the crystal to the Reyvateil you end up for the rest of the game?

It also determines the music for the Virus fight as well. Pick and choose wisely.

Yes, though it's been a month since then! I ended up choosing Aurica, and then I chose to go back with her and Radolf to "Pay back the church." In other words, I ended up choosing Aurica's path for Phase 2.
After going through their dive sequences, and observing their characters up until then, I decided that Aurica provided some pretty comedic and entertaining dialogue, while Misha was just a drama queen. Sorry, Misha! But I wanted a comedic flavour this time around.
I was almost going to go with Misha, seeing as how her Song Magic seemed more powerful than Aurica's, but I quickly grew Aurica into her own powers, so...yeah.
I will end up going back and trying out Misha's Phase 2 story arc, though, once I go through and finish Phase 3.

And I chose Misha for the Purger. She has a good Purger theme.

That's true, I like Misha's Purger Hymn better than Aurica's (though both are excellent), but I was afraid I wouldn't be able to take Aurica's path if I didn't give her the Purger. I just wanted everything to add up.

Misha's Purger are kinda metal or rock music. Aurica's are classic Japanese music. I choose Misha even if later I choose to pay back to church. because after the first battle, the seccond battle, which is harder, will force you to use the remaining reyvateil.
