Only three. There are a lot of different endings though. There's the phase two ending for each girl, the phase three ending for each girl being picked and another for each girl being dumped, and the bad ending. More than enough for three phases =P

So, about 8 endings, then?
Can you go into more detail about when in the game and how these endings can be acheived?

Actually 7 endings
One at the end of phase 2 for each girl (2 endings)- After the credits, you'll be given a choice to continue to phase 3, or end the game right then and there.
One at the end of phase 3 for Misha and Aurica (2 endings)- just choose to keep going, and finish the game up.
Shurelia's Ending- Complete Shurelia's cosmosphere by the end of phase 3. You can access hers by getting to level 7 in both Misha and Aurica beforehand.
Bad Ending- In phase 3 you can choose to enter the crescent chronicle prematurely, causing a fight with Tastiella followed by Mir. Harder to get than the other endings unless you got a good equip. setup.

Waaaiiittt...so there's a different ending depending on whether you finish Shurelia's Soulspace, or not?
Here's the endings as I understand it so far:
1) Phase 2 End, Aurica
2) Phase 2 End, Misha
3) Phase 3 End, Aurica,
4) Phase 3 End, Misha
5) Phase 3 End, Shurelia
6) Bad Ending

Its only a very slight difference in dialouge and a scene or two. If you do Shurelia's space, then at the end of phase 3 you choose her (get her ending) or either girl over Shurelia. Choosing someone else results in a slightly modified ending for each girl.
So basically it forks like this:
1. Choose Shurelia- She gets her own ending like the other two.
2. Choose Aurica over Shurelia
3. Choose Misha over Shurelia
