When I finished Phase 3, they automatically gave me Aurica, and that was it!
Does it have anything to do with how far you go into their Cosmosphere, because I got up to Aurica's Extra Level, and I'd only gotten up to, but not finished, Shurelia's Final Level.

yeah looks like you missed it lols dive into shurelia to her final level so you can get an "ending" with her and also i think extra wallpaper like CGs

Yea, you just gotta keep going into the cosmosphere. I did it because I enjoyed it, not because I wanted to see what I would get from it. It kinda sucks though, even though it's just a game the choice between the two had me crying.

I couldn't proceed any further through Misha's Cosmosphere beyond Lv.7, because I ran out of the means to get talk topics for her to open up the rest of her Cosmosphere...

If you don't have access to Shurelia's Song Shop, then you are not finish with Shurelia's Chomosphere. And you have to make sure Arcuia's and Misha's mind guardians are alive to finish Shurelia's Chomosphere if you are on the last level of Misha's and Arcuia's.
As for topics, You have to use their costumes several times in battle to get that topic. Some costumes have two topics. And certain items that you grathmeld and hold onto will lead to talk topics as well.
