In firefly alley there is an old man that sells cards. I think the card packs contain everything from person to recipe to secret cards. Each pack contains a mix but I do not know which packs contain which specific cards other than later (more expensive) packs tend to have later (better) recipes, etc.

The thing that sucks about the cards is that they are so expensive & only give like 5 or 6 items per card! That takes some serious money farming to get everything then!

Well, the regular ones are easy to buy as you progress through the game. I'm near the end and have all the cards from the regular packs. The SP packs are expensive, but they have all the Person Cards, Boss Monster Cards, and the rare Secret Cards. All the other cards are in there in order. You can find a list of all the cards in each pack here.

Yep. That's the list I used when I went money farming crazy so I could get all of the cards.
