Re: NIS America contracts with Gust to bring you Atelier Iris ~Eternal Mana~
I would definitely purchase this game.
I've heard nothing but good things about this particular installment. I look forward to playing it.
Thanks NIS!
I also have to say you guys must be pretty confident that the game will get approved. It's not often you see a game announced before offcial approval from Sony.

Re: NIS America contracts with Gust to bring you Atelier Iris ~Eternal Mana~
I have been reading everything I can find about Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana since Gust announced it and screens started showing up on Game Watch. I was blown away from the get go, and the whole time a was praying that someone (WD, Atlus, Mastiff, Agetec, and yes, NIS America) would have the guts to show SCEA that people still want Japanese RPGs in all there 2D or 3D glory. I could not possibly have wanted this game to make it to the US more (just as bad as I've wanted Tales Of Destiny 2 on PS2 to make it here).
Bravo, NIS America.
And to SCEA, what on earth are you people stuck on? You already lost the graphics game for this generation big time, so get over yourselves and let these wonderful companies publish these wonderful games.

Nippon Ichi, you cant beleive how happy i am that you are at least trying to bring Atelier Iris to the states, i think it would be a huge hit! I really hope SCEA approves it, because they have been known to let games like that pass us by (for example Ys 1 & 2 Eternal Story!)

Re: NIS America contracts with Gust to bring you Atelier Iris ~Eternal Mana~
yeah i just said NEC tried but SCEA turned them down, but if konami's port of Ys 6 in america is a success, we might be seeing Ys 3, 4 and 5, all which are being ported in japan to the ps2 just like YS 1 & 2 were, and im hoping if all these Ys games come out and sell god it could lead to great things so buy Ys 6 when it comes out!

This game looks amazing. Seriously, Sony can NOT reject this game. This game looks beautiful, absolutely beautiful. Please please, let this game come over here.

SO happy that they decided to bring one of the games over (hopefuly it does make its way here). Characters look awesome and I haven't had a good 2d game to play in a while.

Re: NIS America contracts with Gust to bring you Atelier Iris ~Eternal Mana~
This is a Godsend! I have been wanting any games that NIS makes ever since I first played Rhapsody about four years ago. High on my list has always been the Atelier series, since it has been frequently touted on the RPGfan and RPGamer websites for years. Please Sony, do not dissappoint us rpg freaks; allow NIS America to release any and all games that they want. Enough said.
