they might make a new psp with all the bugs and letdowns taken out. you know, just like the transformation of the gba to gba sp.

What are those?
There's a program to fix the dead pixel's and a battery pack to make the PSP run longer. Only news of a new psp I know of is a Silver one(or white one).And the Square button issue was only a problem in Japan. My PSP works fine.

Eh, I really don't see anything major like that happening. The only problems so far has been the battery pack, and something like that can be easily changed. Besides the GBA and SP played the exact same software. It wasn't anything more than a cosmetic change with a backlight.
