Re: Game ship yet?
Just got the email fifteen minutes ago (2:20 AM ET??)
Considering in past cases with the onfulfillment store, I didn't get the shipment confirmation mail until after I already got the item in the mail and 2 other cases, I got it the morning of the day it did come... wait, what was I talking about? I just hope I actually get the thing when I wake up... later today.
On another note, the email gave a link to the tracking page, but not the tracking number. This is meaningless to myself, since I'm well aware of how USPS's shipping operates, and there's no point in tracking unless you pay extra (screw that, I don't care, it's still faster & cheaper than UPS), but I'm sure there'll be others who care about things like that.

Re: Game ship yet?
I finally got the email as well. When I preordered "Ar Tornelico" from the old NISA store the game arrived at my house on release day. With Rosenqueen however they ship it two days after release and as such I probably wont even receive the game until next week. What's the point of pre-ordering something if you have to wait an extra week than those who simply go to the store on release day and pick it up?

Re: Game ship yet?
The difference is that you're guaranteed to get the pre-order exclusive items.

Re: Game ship yet?
Hopefully, I get to see it soon as well. I'm not sure if I'll get it right away since I ordered it with Grim Grimoire.

Yeah, NISA's original online store got Disgaea 2 to me on the release date as well, but it was a squabble trying to get Atelier Iris 2 from Rosenqueen; it was a week or two overdue!
Why, oh why did they bother with the structural overhaul? I can only imagine that it left their employees without a clue of what to do. The original NISA store was fine the way it was.
Now I'm worried about whether I'll receive my Grim Grimoire CD when it finally comes out.
(This ought to be in the "Feedback for NISA section; it's more related to the service that NISA provides than to the game itself).
