I know that Vanillaware (of Odin Sphere fame) developed GrimGrimoire. But Nippon Ichi (not to be confused with NIS America) also had a hand in it if I'm not mistaken. So did both companies develop the game? I do know that a GrimGrimoire character appears in Soul Nomad (a game set in the whole Disgaea universe). So I'm merely assuming that GrimGrimoire is in the same universe as well.
