Advanced Technology?

ANyone noticed the advanced technologies in La Pucelle? I mean a walkie-talkie in that day and age is pretty uncommon.

Or an airship.
Or a handgun.

Chrono Trigger was even worse in this effect though.
In 1000AD they had:
Refrigerators.
Indoor plumbing.
Electrically wired houses.

Yes, well...it IS a fantasy game. And a very tongue-in-cheek one, at that.

The cell-phones/walkie-talkies, I thought were hilarious. But I will agree, Homard's airship was stretching the bill a bit too far.

Typical of most any fantasy game to have an airship. Final Fantasy ones had them back in the original; way before tossing other random pieces of technology.

Let's face it. These games are in a fantasy setting. Anything goes!
