Levelling up Skills and spells.
Is there a way to speed up levelling skills and spells.
For instance mages spells like fire/wind/ice, etc.
I can power level a mage to 50 easy but then to level his spells I have to cast each one which can take a while, is there some resident I can use to increase the exp from each use?
Or is it just a matter of casting away each time.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
I don't think there are any specialists that help with how fast spells/skills level. I have very high level armsmasters on a few characters and their spells do not seem to level any faster than characters without armsmasters.
Best way to level up skills/spells is to go to the "Terrible Cold" level in Jotenheim. Combine all the catgirls and succubi into 1 enemy then surround her when she's on an invicibility panel. Unload all your spells and weapons on her for several rounds while your skills improve.

You generally don't need to worry about levelling up skills and spells that early.
Using skills/spells repeatedly when grinding in CoO3/CoO6 will certainly be a faster way.

Well I like to get a few levels on skills so when I transmigrate I don't lose them, for instance with rune knights when you transmigrate you can get a different set of "elemental" attacks and having the previous element is usefula s well.
And when I'm learning spells from students faster is better. Right now I'm levelling a Galaxy mage for Flonne so she can learn some uesful damage spells
