Bought this from GameStop, but...
The soundtrack case was empty!D : And GameStop insists they don't have it! I spend a fortune buying the rare box set, and I bought it new too.>_<
And they also put the wrong disk in two other games I bought, both of which are rare, and didn't have the right disks for either.

That sucks, I bought the box set as well(which they told me was brand new), but yet some of the paperwork was missing.
The problem is, NIS Isn't responsible for anything after they are in a store, unless the actual game has a defect, and was sold as new.
PS. I suppose the best thing you can do, is check the stuff, before leaving the store.

That's why I don't buy anything from GameStop anymore. They dissect the damn game before you even buy it and they often screw up when trying to put it back together. My friend once bought one of the IMOQ .hack games and got two copies of the game. That means some poor sap somewhere bought it and got two copies of the DVD, with no actual game. If I buy from them at all, it's online only now.
Sorry to hear about your consistently bad luck with them.

Man....You all have the same luck with me. I just bought Ar Tonelico 2, and...The case was empty! I mean, come on! I just got the copy and game! Daverost, you're right. They always acting like they will fix anything, but...That's just an act.

Well, I emailed NISA about what happened to me, and they said they would send me a new box set if I sent them the one I got. I did, but haven't gotten the replacement yet.

I\'ve been buying my games from gamestop.
What I usually do is to check the content before leaving the shop. That will provide me with prove that I have nothing to do with a missing content inside.
I bought Mana Khemia in GameStop on the day it was released xD
Surprised, that NIS only released the premium box at fair price. I just wish that they were doing the same on Ar Tonelico: Melody of Elemia (I have the regular box)

Well, the GameStop was very crowded. We did check one of the games that had the wrong disk, but it was from the same series, so we saw the logo and thought it was right. And the Mana Khemia game was new, so we shouldn't have had to check it. GameStop needs to stop opening new games. My Eternal Poison box looks horrible because they took the wrap off and put price tags on it.>_< You can rarely get those things off without a fight.

Hmm...gamestop is the best gaming store in california. I live in California and they never took off the plastic and put the price tag directly on the box(unless it's used).
It appears GameStop's branch in philadelphia and new york are irresponsible.
Instead complaining to NIS, why don't you guys file a complain to gamestop's headquarters which located in Texas?
Tell more people who doesn't like gamestop to file a complain. More voices more better to get noticed 
Even though you bought it new, you still have to check it. When persona 3 was released, there was a numerous incident where some of the box doesn't have the game disc, which is empty!
