What are the chances of the game being re-released with all of the DLC included?

If you mean at the same price of Disgaea 3 at retail (of $50), I'd say zero percent.
I mean, the whole concept of downloadable content is to enhance your game after you've purchased it, right? For this game, it's a whole lot of content, too, priced at another $50. I'd be surprised if NISA threw away all that revenue by bundling absolutely everything together.

It would be amusing if in a few years Disgaea 3 was $10, but the DLC was still $50.

I think it depends on what will be in.
I can see a rereleas with the actual Disgaea 3 Contend. The extra levels and online ladder modes. (sort of like the Oblivion, LBP or Fallout 3 GotY Editions)
I do not see it happening with contend that has nothing to do with Disgaea 3 Product, that stuff is just for the Geeks.
It´s just the question if Disgaea is big enough to even consider a rereleas.

I would probably expect to see another Disgaea 1 port onto like...the 360 (lolol) before disgaea 3 complete. I don't know that enough people would want that content, and that theres even enough content to warrant another release honestly. Sure the Beryl ep's are wonderful and the downloaded characters are great but theres not that many of them. I know Little Big Planet has a ton of DLC and a massive following that would probably earn them more than enough to make up for whats now not being purchased through the PSN. ATM Disgaea on the ps3 doesn't have that kind of following or the bulk amount of extra junk.
It took a long time for people to want to get ps3's (they were EXPENSIVE homg..) and I'm sure even less of that market are going to look at something sprite based to play on it in 1080p xDD sad as it is. Much as I love it, it isn't the first game I wanted to play on the new TV.
