 Soul Nomad
I haven't really gotten into strategy RPGs before playing Soul Nomad because I was disappointed by games like Disgaea that people think so highly of. I just didn't like any part of the game and I don't mean this as a kind of stab to the community here. The moment I saw the trailer for Soul Nomad though, I knew I had to have that game. The character designs looked great as did the overall atmosphere. When I finally got the game, I was blown away and totally addicted until I beat it. Most of that is owed to the brilliant character personalities. Though everyone is unique and interesting, the character I liked the most was Gig. I mean, how can you dislike a person that says things like "What the crispy **** is that?", haha. Seriously, I hope a sequel is in the works, because as far as I'm concerned, this is the best damn strategy RPG ever.
