Weib Schwarz Disgaea Card Game

I just came back from Comic Con 2009 and low and behold at the NIS booth I purchased an english version of the Weib Schwarz card game. For those who don't know the Weib Schwarz card game is very similar to the UFS card game in the states where you have multiple game/anime licenses all in the same card game.

As an avid card game fan, I was eager to go online to find more info on the English version of the game and could not find any information at all regarding it. Does anyone know where more info is regarding this if any exists at all? I would love to show the game off to my friends.

I don't know anything about this card game, but my German instinct tells me, that it's probably called the "Weiß Schwarz Disgaea Card Game" (or "Weiss" if you don't have a "ß" on your keyboard). "Weib" would give it a way different meaning, one that makes no sense at all. emoticon

Ahh yes you are entirely correct that it is Weiss or Weiß Schwarz. I got in contact with the Rozenqueen store and they told me that, although it's nothing solid right now, they do have plans of putting the English version for sale on the site in the near future.

Here is a link to the Japanese site for the game: http://ws-tcg.com/ As you can see they have multiple licenses that span across various animes and video games. Hopefully it'll do well here in the US as I can see many properties I'd love to see translated in English.

The english version is out of stock right now. Are they going to make more? I'm interested...so is this card game like really big in other countries...like Japan?

I ordered these when they hit RQ. I really hope they Release the Full Cardgame here in the NA!

Seriously Why NISA is so weary of stuff like this & the Novels I'll never know, I mean Cardgames in general have had pretty steady sales for the most part of the decade, & the Disgaea TCG Looks So nice in the same book with my KH TCG Cards.

Seriously If NISA were to announce the Full TCG As well as the Rest of the Manga & the Novels sometime in the next Year...I would be Happier then Ive been in a long LONG TIME!
