I agree, but there are more constructive ways of phrasing that.
Improved aesthetics, organization, and interface from new board software and/or greater attention by company staff would hopefully draw discussion of NISA's games away from other boards and back to theirs.

I think part of it too is it's really really hard for users to actually get to the boards. I tried to get on them from work and it took a lot of runaround on NISA's site just to get here. Most people don't want to sign up on their site because it seems like its just for the store...they don't tell you that theres the forums and stuff (which has a different login database which is plain silly - but thats cuz its hosted by runboard.... -____-; )
They should show that they actually HAVE a forum, then people would find it and probably go to it. I don't even think this board pops up on google xP Edit: yes you get nothing but the members page, which I'm sure people aren't too inclined to click on... *shrug*
While I'm liking the knowing everyone thing, it would be nice to be able to expect like, more than 2 answers in a thread lol

I rather enjoy the small community here. The people who stay are the ones who don't start a *****-fest every time something goes wrong (or they happen to think it does).
