Does anyone still play?...
Everywhere ive been that has anything to do with phantom brave is dead..... So i was wondering, am i the only one that still loves this game?

I gave up on the post game after losing over 1 hour of gameplay from dying on the god floor of a very, VERY long dungeon. :<

I had also completely virtually everything apart from Pringer X, which I became too lazy to prepare for. I'd hang out in the Disgaea 2 forums more if it wasn't so... dead.

I recently got back into Phantom Brave. I had put it off for awhile and i'm trying to pick it back up. I'm on chapter 5 lol. I just lsot 2 hours of progress in a random dungeon on the 2nd last floor out of 19. I'm kind of irritated....

Yeah, thats happened to me to, i was trying to do the 'beat a dungeon with more than 90 floors and monsters of over 9000 (? i think)' I hadnt saved since the 40-somethingth floor, and i was on the boss floor, and i accedentally ended the turn before i summoned anyone (Marona is only Lv246 for me...)
Has anyone used the gameshark with this? I was seeing what i could do with 999999 ATK, and i saw 9999K damage once.

Did a speed run last week of Phantom Brave. With a level 400 Marona it is possible to beat the game in about roughly six hours if you're there only for the story.
Right now, I'm trying to get Ash to 9999, find a 9999 egg and transmigrate him until he's back to 9999. I've been trying to get a Divine Sword from 99 level dungeons but they hate me, apparently.
I will be starting a new file on the Japanese THE BEST version of Phantom Brave next week, too.
What can I say, I amuse myself easily with this game. D:

It kinda like how I started a new file on Makai Senki Disgaea Portable only... two weeks ago. Almost finished the main story now, just two chapters to go. It's just so damn fun training in 11-1. :<
And weapons are so damn expensive (I only manage to maintain 1 million, it's not as easy as D2 where you can get the felony for 500 million HL).

Marona could buy out Ivoire and the Netherworld if she wanted to in my file. 120,000,000,000 Bordeaux and counting. Legitimately. I guess it doesn't help that Profit Punch is such a frickin' fun skill with a level 5800 Ash.

I gave up on Phantom Brave when I battled Laharl and the girls at the same time. Leveling up is such a complete nightmare. In NIS games, I eventually end up with a super soldier who carries the weight for the whole party with a handful of half decent fighters for back-up. It's bad enough that the characters last only so long on the field, to top that off you always fast a turn or two just getting to the SOBs.
It was a good game, but it was ridiculously difficult.
