What's the most damage you ever did?
Try and state the conditions and states of your character who did that damage. If you could remember. Me, I'm lazy so I won't bother.
Highest Damage: 420k by Myao, level ~1000
Equip: ReviveDictionary (I think)
Attack: Thwap (yes, Thwap)
Against: mobs in level 1-1

Highest Damage: 2875k by Ash, level 5800.
Equip: Flawless Dark Weapon
Attack: InvisiSlash I think.
Against: 9999 Monsters in a Random Dungeon. Trying to get Ash to 9999, still.

I gave up training on Ash because I had a lame Heliotrope which can't be used the Failure Fusion trick. D:< So instead I was hoarding DarkWeapons and the like to failure fuse to my stronger weapons. I actually have a Legend Mace that's on my Laharl, but I don't remember how much damage it can deal to Dungeon mobs. 100-ishk or something. :<

Damage - 7500Kish by Ash, level 150
Equip - (cant remember the title) DragonSpear
Attack - Serial Stinging
Against - Prinny (fighting Laharl for first time)
Yes, level 150.
But then again, i was using a gameshark.....
So really, around 250kish with Ash L230, same equip, attack Winged Slayer (with Braveheart and Solemn Vow), against a L1 Slime

Ash's level isn't a big deal at some points, he did more damage at 150 than at 5000 when I transmigrated him. Yay for growth differences! The most efficient thing is your weapon, though. I'm still trying to find a Divine Sword and failing miserably.
I probably would have worked on my Valkyrie instead if Ash wasn't so amazingly jawesome. <3

Archers (I have... five?) are my second resort if Ash isn't able to deplete the map in six turns. It happens sometimes when I'm not paying attention. I'm always afraid of somethign bad happening if I don't have someone else who has quick-turn.

*Sigh* Fine, I pulled the game out. Just for you guys D:
My two strongest characters are (in order) a level 1731 Baal and 1949 Ash. I gave both of them level 1 Quick Attack and Energy Saver, and level 99 EXP. Riser, Healing Birth, and Healing Steps.
I tacked Calamity Drive, InvisiSlash, Dimension Slash, Winged Slayer, and Spear Storm onto their weapons. They have super-Dark Weapons because I'm too lazy to try and find a Divine Sword. They have 120% ATK and 110% SPD each. Baal's has every other stat at 100+%.
And the results for damage are:
Highest Damage: 1461k by Baal, level 1731
Equip: Victor Dark Wpn
Attack: InvisiSlash
Against: Pringer X
He had 1,409,461 ATK after being confined to Marona's Serene Weed (with all positive confine stats, +30% ATK).
And just for fun I went and did 1877k to a Plain Slime in 1-1 with InvisiSlash under the same conditions.
