The skills I like are:
Skewer- This is the very first move I used in the game. It looks funny how they pick up people with a spear or a bomb.
Dud- This bomb skill is entertaining. I like when both the person using the move and the target looks at the bomb waiting for it explode. there's more but i don't want to spoil the fun.
Cleave- I like this move because it looks sick to pick up a random person and split opponents in half.
There's a bunch more I like too. I'll be back to post them

Personally Hurricane Slash. After seeing Laharl pull it off so many times on Disgaea, I couldn't help but spam it with Ash when I obtained it. Of course now its not exactly a basic sword ability and rather a pretty powerful one.
Gale-O-Tine is pretty fun and one of the most powerful moves I've obtained. Well I'm not exactly that deep in the game. But it sure helped my underleveled archer kick the **** outta some wind weak bosses in just a single swipe.

Killer Spin - Deals at least 4+ hits dealing somewhat mediocre damage, but the last hit turns out to be somewhat awesome. My level 93 Fighter with a Famous Mace (of +~2900 ATK) can deal a total of 3000+ damage with Killer Spin. Not very impressive, but considering I'm not that good at PB, blagh.
Ancient Mist - Just looks spiffy and pretty. Spiraling lasers are always a fun thing. I'm going to have fun building up Marona's status-inflicting SP (The one with an icon shaped like a skull).
Prism Bloom - Multi-colored crystals bursting out from the ground! I think it's irresistable. ;D
Surprise - It's amusing. It's like you drop your weapon and then, you dive underneath the ground and slam them upwards from beneath! Looks funny and somewhat... wrong at the same time.
Dark Spectre - Woohoo! Multiplicating shadow madness! Deals decent damage as well.
Gaea Dragon - Not the most fancy animation, but the damage it can deal (especially when you have a Level 63 Choice Mace with +3505 attack) is pretty cool.

styxdivine, those are all really cool attacks, i like em too, but you need to make yourself stronger, and own it! my ash's attack is 330000+ and i freakin do 300K+ from just an angle slash, you could do it too!  (now if i can just get that damn divine sword...

My fav skill is the winged slayer move. I just can't get over the awesomeness of that move! I also like helitrope. And that epiphany move was cool, too.

Chain attack is pretty hillarious! I laughed so much the first time i saw it. Lol the moves on the demos look so cool. Ive only just started, so i hope to get some more sweet moves later on

I remember before I got it. I knew that I wanted that move. Sweet.

With any melee weapon. It looks like a quick draw of who can get the weapon faster. Then it's like u beat them to death with it.

It was my favorite move to use with a sword, but I forgot the name. I ripped it off a cactus. U multiply and repeatedly impale the foe from above while one shadow impaled them from below. It cost 25 energy I believe. Haven't played it since close to when it came out.
