Phantom Brave's ITEM WORLD!
There isn't an 'item world' in Phantom Brave as there is in Disgaea, but there is pretty much a system of equivalent depth - Title Building! I think a lot of Phantom Brave players (certainly the more casual ones) don't take advantage of this. Most people just slap on Failure titles to dungeons in order to breeze through them - in essence, they use the title for the sake of the dungeon. People seem to forget that the other way can yield great results, you can use the dungeon for the title!
You can slap any title onto a dungeon and power it up by beating dungeons levels. You can totally max out your titles, which can give both characters and weapons not only insane bonuses but NEW MOVES!
Maybe because you can get titles by banishing characters and weapons, that people don't really spend much time on this method, but you can improve any title in the game through this way. Starting out even, you can change your relatively sucky (low-rank) titles into good titles.

What I would love to see implemented, in a Phantom Brave sequel, is if one of the main characters was an aspiring titlist. You could earn letters just like you earn mana. Then you could actually make your own title from scratch just like you can create phantoms, and you can level up the titles in dungeons. A caveat would be that certain titles that exist in the game can't be created (rank-wise) until your character reaches higher levels.
Yes, I think the title system is fantastic but it could be implemented in a more centralized way in the future. Would it not be great to create your own titles from scratch? Pumpking Knight? Dlcious Skull?

Well. I would certainly have to say that the title system was pretty impressive. Exspecially sense you could power up titles. So I could keep the titles I like. For Example the Stupid Valkerie. Stupid isn't a negative title like I first but it is pretty low. I got some massive level up powering up that title to.
You know I was actually thinking the same thing. making my own title would be pretty cool.

You mean like naming it? I wish you could do that to, i dont like Ash being a NhliHO Phantom.
But Oni beats them all, no matter what. (It had Winged Slayer!!!! Yay!!!)

If youu love the oni title so much how come you didn't power it up. You know you can do that. It's done by taking a title you love and placing it into the dungeon. Of course sometimes you'll have to fight hell to get it back.

I think it's more the Winged Slayer that Crimson Sulphur's impressed with than the actual title.
Then again I wouldn't mind seeing a character called Link with the Oni title. That'd actually (strangely enough) make a boatload of sense. If you kept up with LoZ, though.
Though Erotic is ftw. It makes the Witch palette Christmassy 8D

Zyne: Thats what i done, over 100 dungeon levels leveling it.
Styxdivine: The attack is great to. But, Oni as a title without the move is good (+30% ATK i think, and the rest was really good to)
But doesnt Erotic turn the Witch black? Not very christmassy...

The "Lord" title comes with Calamity Drive. It has really good stat boosts too, it's the final title I gave to Ash on his way to 9999. :<
