Re: Ultimate Weapons The guide book gives you and explination of how to create a dark wepon for Marona... I think mines about halfway there and is already as powerfull as hell.
Re: Ultimate Weapons I'm not really aware of any "Ultimate Weapons" but there's still the Yoshi from Disgaea. However this time it has a new name. If I remember correctly, you have to complete a 99 floor dungeon with a level 9999 enemy at the end WITHOUT STOPPING (which means you have to complete it in one sitting without warping back to the island) and they may not even have it. I'm pretty sure that's how it goes so uhh... have fun!

Re: Ultimate Weapons Hell no! I’m not doing that! It sounds really hard and it’s just for 1 weapon. Shiro, what do you mean by dark weapon for Marona? I don’t have the guidebook because my game store is crappy. They only had one Phantom Brave.
Re: Ultimate Weapons Dark Weapon is a weapon type that you can buy from merchants when they hit level 20ish. It's got 100% attack and speed base but only 50% defense and resistance base. Being that it has such high attack and speed bonuses people tend to beef them up quite nicely with fusion. Also, anyone can equip it, but most people prefer to slap it on Marona since she doesn't have a Remove count.

Re: Ultimate Weapons Yeah you beef it up with a few high level weeds and add a few knife or two for some varaity in the skills and viola! Usually marona can get in a few good smacks before the enemy has time to think.

I should equip Marona with a Weed? I like a Vase for her much better than a Weed although I did combine a Weed with her Vase. Speaking of which, when I combined them both, the Vase’s Spd didn’t increase by much. Any weapon that can improve Spd a lot?
Re: Ultimate Weapons Trollies have a nice equip bonus for speed (90%) so they can help increase the amount of speed you get from a single item. Also, failure fusions are good.

You've said it before but I still don't understand the concept of failure fusions. Are you trying to say that I should add the Failure title to the weapon that is receiving the effect or the one that's giving the effect?
