Rare Weapons
What are the rare weapons and limited weapons? And, also, what about eggs? Was the battle with Walnut the only time?

Almost ALL weapons can be found in random Dungeons. Eggs and Changebooks for transmigration can also be found in dungeons. I don't have a full list of unique weapons, though.

The only unique weapons that you need to put effort into getting are the Shiva (next to last fight in the main story) and the Catnip Cane (one of the post-game maps). You HAVE to steal these. You can also get 3 extra Heliotropes and 1 extra Soul Saber by stealing, but you'll automatically get 1 of each. Also, if you follow the tutorial map, you should get the Snakish anyway. The Secret Book that Cauldron gives you is unique because you can't give it a title.
As far as I remember, these are the only unique weapons.

Actually, Snakish is a little tricky to get. You have to conifine it in a way that you keep the weapon before the tutorial map ends.

Soul Saber - It is possible to get two, but you have to steal it from *spoiler??* Scarlet the Brave (I haven't done this myself because I overkilled her) to get the better one. The one you get after beating her sucks. I mean, seriously. It's only level 50.
Catnip Cane - You have to steal this from *spoiler??* Myao. You can fight Myao after finishing a 50+ Floor Dungeon with Level 500+ enemies at the bottom floor.

Can you get Shiva or Extra Heliotropes? I tryed confining bottle to shiva, but he didn't take it home with him.

Not to my knowledge, no, you can't get another Shiva or Heliotrope if you missed it. Err, wait a minute.

Actually I beat the game and extra game, but I replayed it to get every secret weapon...
Most weapons are in the hands of a boss enemy at the end of a dungeon with 40 or more floors and 40 or more levels on the first floor (the 40/40 trick). Any with a * beside them cannot.
1: Change book (a)level 10: to get the change book, the easiest way is go to the top of marona's tree.
*** 2: Snakish: This strange weapon is a long sword thats bean upgraded with berserker, and wider ranged Ice, and Snake Beater. To get it, confine the merchant to snakish in the tutorial at the start of the game.
3: Pumpkin: Yeah, you don't think much of it now, but it's pretty rare. Go to the stage where you fight the miniboss dragon. There is a pumpkin right beside him. This is your ONLY chance. t can also be found in a "lucky,food carnival" event in a 40/40 based dungon.
***4: heliotrope (A) level 14: To get this, have marona throw here weapon at rapheal the first time you fight him. Summon Ash from it and summon fighters all around. Use snakish's skill hurricane slash to disarm rapheal. Send phantoms in the way of inbetween rapheal and marona untill it is her turn. Now confine bottle to the heliotrope (recommended level 20) and protect hmi untill he goes bye-bye. It doesn't matter if rapheal kills you after bottle takes home the heliotrope, you get to keep it any way.
5: Egg: A quick and resistancy weapon, you must get it by summoning and unarmed archer to pick up and throw an unarmed marona to the second platform. Now beat the mimic and use bottle to get the egg. Now use another archer, or a fighter who still has turns left, to throw marona across to the other side. Now use marona to summon some phantoms and kick walnut's butt.
***6: heliotrope (b) level 35: Rapheal and Byou are about to duel, so why not the third party get the spoils? Use hurican slash to disarm rapheal and bottle to take the heliotrope home (recommended level 40).
7 change book (b) level 80: To get the second change book, just do the same thing as earlier when you got the egg. Throw marona, use bottle, throw marona, beat burgundy.
***8 heliotrope (c) level 40: The heliotrope's greatest form, by leveling it up, it becomes stronger than the rest of them. To get it summon phantoms to kill all but one knight, then use, you guessed it, hurricane slash oon rapheal to disarm him. Use bottle on the heliotrope (oh no, I don't know the recommended level !!! *-* sorry) and bag one more heliotrope. Lucky, this rapheal sits for 2-3 turns before attacking.
***9 heliotrope (d) level 50: The easiest heliotrope to get, defeat cursed rapheal and he will give it to you.
***10 shiva level 40: In the battle with sulphur, use hurricane slash to disarm him and "bottle up" his shiva. Remeber to destroy his speed and attack crystals before using bottle and also he will try and take your weapons for himself if you take his.
***11 soul saber (a) level 400: to get this, bottle must be freakishly strong. I actually didn't cause my bottle was level 200, so I decided not to try. Unlike must cool swords, this one is easily stolen. Take, Throw, bottle, win. That easy.
***12 soul saber (b) level 50: I feel ripped off. I got a level 50 sword for beating a level 500 scarlet with a level 400 sword. Oh well, simply beat scarlet on EX map 6 and she will give it to you.
13 certificaite : this weapon is only found in "lucky, book carnival" events in a 40/40 based dungeon. It gives every heal skill except omega heal and revive. Espior and Giga heal must be unlocked with mana though.
14 nether book : I like this awesomerific weapon cause it has every elemental mega spell and every elemental giga spell to be unlocked. To get it, you must to the 40/40 trick stated above. It CANNOT be found in stages or in even in book carnivals.
***15 remote : the hardest to get weapon of all time, you must have a level 4000 bottle and fighting pringer X and ex map 10. Confine bottle to the remote in the corner of the room. Take home the remote. Now you can start hurting pringer X and you have to remote. He is still on prinny steriods though though *-*.
***15 The Divine Sword: I can't get this one for ADHD. You must have plenty of free time to get it. It is supposedly the strongest weapon in the game. create a level 20 dungeon with 99 floors. Beat it without returning once. Now the boss has a 75% chance of holding it. If you get astage with no boss, or the boss is empty handed, you must start over from floor one. Do you have what it takes?
