searphic sanctuary tips
i just got 2 that level and it looks really hard my chars. are laharl 83 and the rest are from lvl 63-70 got any tips??

I would personally worry about unlocking the Cave of Ordeals after completing the game. Regardless, there's no specific trick for unlocking it beyond any other Senate Bill. Level up a bit and pass the required promotions. Also try using the combine trick if you're really desperate.
Still, a higher level always helps.

And if you're going to try forcing any bill, I'd recommend attacks with big effect areas like Winged Slayer. It helps to take out as many enemies at once as you can since there's usually such a large number of senators. Of course, you should try to force it when there's a small group of low level senators.
