Item World Residents/Specialists
Which Item World Residents/Specialists offer which status bonuses to your weapons and armor?
Some of them I have found out myself, and haven't been too hard to figure out, especially when they're the only Resident/Specialist in the piece of equipment, and you see their dot next to the status that they boost.
E.g., this's what I've found out already:
Dietician: HP
Master: SP
Gladiator: Atk
Sentry: Def
Teacher: Int
Coach: Spd
Marksman: Hit
Physician: Res
But some of these, all it says for them is that they "add bonus." So, what do you suppose these ones do?
Armsmaster: ?
Broker: (Boost HL collected in battle)?
Firefighter: (Gives water attribute to
attacks)?
Manager: ?
Medicine Man: ?
Pharmacist: (Boosts power of curing items)?
Statistician: (Boosts EXP collected in battle)?

Well... IIRC...
Armsmaster: Each one adds 1% to the rate at which a character will gain weapon mastery EXP. Its effectiveness caps at 1900, effectively making you gain Weapon Mastery EXP at 20x the rate a character normally would.
Broker: Once again, it increases the amount of HL you gain from a kill by 1%, but caps at 300, letting you get 4x the normal amount of HL you'd get for the kill.
Aeronaut/Cryophile/Firefighter: It adds to the resistance that a character has against an element. Some have a balanced 0% for each, while others have a +50%, 0%, -50% deal going for them. Each one adds 1% to the resistance, and a character's resistance caps at 90%.
Manager: Same deal as Broker, but instead of HL, it's for Mana gained per kill.
Pharmacist/Coffee Maker/Medicine Man/Psychologist/Social Worker: Add to the the resitance to the 5 status ailaments.
Statistician: Just like Broker/Armsmaster, only this time it's for EXP gained per Kill. Its effectiveness caps at 300, allowing you to gain 4x the normal amount per kill.
There's also Alchemist/Hypnotist/Witch Doctor/Amnesiac/Gangster which add the possibility of causing a status effect with an attack.

For the rest of the class, I figured out for the rest of those:
Aeronaut: Adds 1% resistance to wind element, maximum at 90%.
Cryophile: Adds 1% resistance to ice element, maximum at 90%.
Firefighter: Adds 1% resistance to fire element, maximum at 90%.
Pharmacist: Adds resistance to Poison status ailment.
Coffee Maker: Adds resistance to Sleep status ailment.
Medicine Man: Adds resistance to Paralysis status ailment.
Psychologist: Adds resistance to Forget status ailment.
Social Worker: Adds resistance to Depraved status ailment.
Alchemist: Adds Poison status ailment to attack.
Hypnotist: Adds Sleep status ailment to attack.
Witch Doctor: Adds Paralysis status ailment to attack.
Amnesiac: Adds Forget status ailment to attack.
Gangster: Adds Depraved status ailment to attack.
