Yeah! Huzzah for Elrond! He often foils the plans of Mary Sues (as much as one is allowed with all the author's whims flying around) in fanfics. Yea!
I think OFUM might have been one of Spomonie's influences on that one, but I'm not sure if she read the story or made the pennant first.
