OMG New topic...Gunny's MSTs.

Okay...so I've been working on these for the better part of a year...sad, yes, I know. But there 'tis. I'm hoping for some feedback/advice from you nice people before I make these public.

If you can be bothered to read through these and tell me something like..."This line sucks, you should say this here instead: [insert witty and amusing phrase here]" then I will probably do just that, and love you forever besides. What a great deal! emoticon

I started wondering at this point... why is this fic called "And they say women are the weaker sex"? Thus far it seems to be actually demonstrating that women are weaker. Crying over a dead plant? Freaking out over a burned lasagna? That does suck in itself, but saying you're a failure as a woman and a wife because of it? *bangs head on desk repeatedly*

In the whole MST, I only have one comment. Is the name "Relena Darlian-Peacecraft Yuy" a silly name in the Gundam fandom? Yuy obviously makes sense, but Relena Darlian-Peacecraft? Perhaps some additional mockery could have ensued. (Not that I expect you to edit your MST now.)

I liked your credits at the end... emoticon

bears a resemblance to a certain other website. But maybe that's the convention.

I also liked how you gave concrit on the story after MSTing it. That was great! If the author ever reads this she'll learn something (beyond that Relena is a few fries short of a Happy Meal).

To answer your question...Relean's orignal last name was Darlian...she later changed it to Peacecraft when she discovered that she was the daughter of a royal family of a tiny kingdom who (surprise surprise) advocated total pacifism. At the end of the series, she went back to using the last name Darlian, in honor of her dead adoptive father. So "Darlian-Peacecraft Yuy" or however the author wrote it is entirely plausable, if they ignore the fact that she's not *using* the Peacecraft name anymore. (bloody fangirls).

The only mockable point of that name is really just the "Yuy" bit, but I'm not going to get into that. emoticon

And yes, the credits were borrowed from a certain someone. *cough* Hey, I liked how they looked! (Think I ought to give him credit for the credits? emoticon

)

Though I've gotten quite involved in the PPC-ing aspect of fic mocking, as you can see by clicking around the site a bit. I like the more "hands on" approach the PPC offers. emoticon
