Firstly...this is post number 42.
Secondly....42 is a very important number in my life. Basically, I'm haunted by it. So I take every opportunity possible to point it out when it occurs (which is very often)
Thirdly: Who's read Douglas Adams' The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy? I know Nurv has...anyone else know what the heck I'm blathering about? :} If so, let's begin a discussion. ^_^

When I saw your note in the shoutbox, I thought "brilliant, we should have the 42nd thread be about the meaning of life!"
Then I saw that there was already 42 threads, and I was sorely disappointed.
However, the brilliant Gundam was thinking the exact same thing! 42 is also a significant number for me, because of the Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy (further abbreviated as HHGG). Douglas Adams was a genius!
What is the meaning of life?
It is 42.
What is the right question?
That will take another 8 billion years to compute.

Aww...I'm getting all mushy...I'm sensing some sort of group hug isn't too far off...
...can you have a group hug with only two people?
First Projector Operator...it must mean something, I'm sure. I must be destined for great things!
...Or at least slightly-better-than-mediocre-things. ^^;;
Nurv, have you read all five books? What did you think about the ending, if you have, and how many have you read, if you haven't?

*White robots descend upon EB while purchasing a caramel mocha at the local coffee shop....the robots, confused into believing that EB worked at the coffee shop just by the immense amount of hours she spent there, blast the coffee shop back into past.......
*suddenly, the shop only offers powdered cream substitute, sugar packets, and 12-hour old black-crud coffee.....the customers weep, weep, weep...
