Re: The Rescue
(In a low even voice) "Elessar <slight pause> There is no place in this world that would dare to call its self my home."
I have no place in this world to call home...and no place that would ever except me...
Easing into a more comfortable but ever ready position, I remain watchful and alert.

Re: The Rescue
Faelyn walks to Dokkan and kisses him on the cheek.
"It's time to go silly Dokkan. It's time for another adventure, more fun and excitment. I can't wait, you?"
Faelyn mounts her horse and waits for Dokkan to do the same.
"It seems so much nicer now that everyone isn't sleeping in the middle of the streets, well actually a dead sleep, because they weren't actually asleep but just dead. You should realy get a move on it Dokkan, they are leaving without us. You don't do mornings, do you?"

Re: The Rescue
OC: Sorry, must not have been clear enough. Mauchelin was not looking for them. I just set it up to where their horses woke him up, and he will pop down and say hello.. In his own way of course..
________________________________________
Peering down from the leafy foliage that hid him from the world below, Mauchelin first spied what he knew to be two horses with riders. As to who the riders were and what their intent was at this point he was unable to surmise. As far as he knew the roads around here were not too terribly traveled, so as long as he was lucky this would not be an all too common occurrence. With the way the world was these days, the less people the better. You never knew who would betray you.
Gazing down with a little focus this time, he was beginning to recognize the forms when the voices told him who it was right away. Narie and pretty boy, both out on horses. Surely Elessar was out helping his lady with her needs in the future upcoming battles; s her present absence told him that he is probably ahead as a scout. Thus, explaining why Narie was alone with the flirt. Though, seeing her back was a surprise.
This was of course, yet another inconvenient set back. He tried to dodge to these people and yet they still found him, how ridiculous is that. He really wondered if it had something to do with his daughter, she was always meddling. People used to say she had an old soul like her Dad; well that was apparent. Schemes no child her age would pull off, with so much wisdom in their binds as well…
Surly he was not going to with them… What purpose did he have with these people? They all had meaning they could exercise elsewhere… He did not need to grow further attached to these meddlesome army folk and the other crazy ones… The Faelyn was funny… And Dokkan kinda grew on you.. And he had been able to get along with Clarrisa, they come from similar circumstance. Pretty boy was good for a laugh now and then and even T-ray was alright when she wasn’t being so pompous or bossy…
Then her... No, not even going there.
What am I doing?
Mauchelin asked himself this as he sighs and jumps from the tree, in the path of the others, standing in the open. His cloths are clean and lack holes, his hair is clean and been combed. It’s the closest to neat and tidy any one would find him…

"Does he even know how to ride a horse? I thought he was the expert on knives and nothing more..."
