Don't mean to be negative about the game, but unless the GM reins in the free spirits and uses some type of control as GM over the players,most of them will not survive the first encounter. There is no dicussion between the players ,and each is running around like some super-hero figure doing independent actions as opposed to group actions. You have one player firing arrows from the shadows as if that is a wall of invisibility and another who thinks he can seduce evil orcs . Please rein the players in by at least establishing an order .
