PDFHS gets £5000 from Heritage Lottery Fund
Hello All
I had confirmation last week that the application I sent in 5 weeks ago for a £5000 grant from the Awards for All section of the Heritage Lottery Fund was successful.
The award of the maximum amount available - £5000 was made to purchase computer equipment to enable us to start publishing on CD, to extend and improve our database and to provide searches at fairs and workshops more easily.
The project for this year will be to publish our exisiting MIs on CD as well as in booklet format, and to produce CD editions of new MIs concurrently with the paper versions.
