Racing Banquet
Well, another year complete. The racing banquet was quite interesting this year, the food was excellent as always and Roy did an excellent job announcing all the classes and presenting plaques.
Were there a few downfalls, yes. The five star body awards were done very poorly this year. In the Late Model division after 2 tries at getting all the names in the box, it still did not contain the names of ALL the drivers that were eligible, therefore never even getting a chance at winning the certificate even after they were repeatedly told who was not in there. As well, as the Street Stock division, it took 2 tries at getting all the names in the box. But, congratulations to those that were able to win the certificates.

Re: Racing Banquet
Who was in charge of getting the proper names of the drivers in the drawing?

Re: Racing Banquet
At this point it seems NOBODY wants to take responsibility. The one we thought was in charge didn't even know who won last years body, and it was Scott Degnan, and Kris Oliver won it the year before. Allan Yelle won the certificate this year for the late model.
