Former Smallville star in hot water
Sam Jones III who played Pete Ross for 3 seasons and one guest spot was arrested on Federal Drug Charges. He was charged with conspiring and planning to deal about 10,000 tablets of oxycodone according to the U.S. Attorney's office. He was arrested at his home in Canoga Park.
The U.S. Attorney's office Jones' involvement spanned from April through July of last year in which time he met with a Drug Enforcement Administration undercover agent posing as an oxycodone supplier to discuss purchasing the drug. If convicted he could face 20 years in jail.
