Ausiello: If by "they" you mean the producers and "team" you mean Gibbs and Co., then the answer is yes. NCIS will, in fact, take a page from House’s unorthodox playbook this fall and introduce a new crew for Gibbs. We’ll also learn what happened to McGee, DiNozzo and Ziva after Vance reassigned them.
Question: Any news yet on how long Gibbs' new team will stick around on NCIS? — Bonnie
Ausiello: Well, that depends on how you interpret this cryptic tease from exec producer Shane Brennan: “As we have learned from the past, no one is ever safe, and before the end of the season premiere, a member of Gibbs’ team will die." A member of his old team?! A member of his new team?! One of the holdovers?! No comment!!

The new members of Gibbs' team have been announced.
The only new comer is Jonathan Magnum, SPECIAL AGENT DANIEL KEATING, he will fill McGee's role as the computer tech.
the other two will be known to NCIS fans
- Liza Lapira returning as Michelle Lee, no word on if her affair with Jimmy Palmer is still going on.
- Jonathan LaPaglia, Former FBI Agent Brent Langer.

lol Well it is a bit old now
But speaking of NCIS, There is a potential spin off in the works, we'll meet the characters for the spin off in February. If it goes well it could air in the fall.

just that its Set in L.A. we will also see the team the next two weeks as Gibbs and company head west to solve a case.
There has been some talk that Tony may end up moving to LA to head this team but producers are being cryptic as always
