We asked Annie's (Shenae Grimes) 90210 co-star Jessica Stroup [scoop on the aftermath of Annie killing someone in the 90210 finale]: "Of course it's going to change Annie inevitably. She's going to be a totally different character. I think next year is going to be amazing for her because she's going to go through a lot of changes with this character and down some really, really dark roads. I hope, at least, that it affects every one of us. I know that it's going to affect all the characters, but I hope it brings us back together at some point as a whole group." AnnaLynne McCord says not only is TV icon John Schneider joining the 90210 cast as the stepfather of hot bartender Liam, the show's producers considered a cheeky nod to McCord and Schneider's previous on-screen pairing. "Oh my God, this is really funny!" squealed McCord. "John Schneider and I worked together on Nip/Tuck." While her Nip/Tuck character was lured into Schneider's seamy porn empire on that show, their 90210 encounter will be a "different dynamic. We were joking with the producers about if Liam and Naomi get back together and we meet the parents, I have to be like 'Do I know you from somewhere?'" "John Schneider is playing my step-dad," confirms Lanter. "We're butting heads and he's giving me s---. It's great, man. What's funny is that he's the nicest guy out there and he's playing such a d--- on the show, but is really one of the nicest guys, a very generous actor and an all around good guy. I couldn't ask for anything more than to have a scene partner with someone like John Schneider."
