No this has nothing to do with the original, or SVU and CI.
Law and Order UK started airing February of this year and stars BSG's Jamie Bamber and Doctor Who/Torchwood's Freema Agyeman. Similar to the original it is set around cops and prosecutors in London.
Produced by **** Wolf, both he and Jamie Bamber have expressed interest in having the show air in the US. **** Wolf has also brought up the idea of a crossover with Law and Order, maybe a British national commits a murder and flees to the UK with the lead NYPD Cops on his tail.
