After being 5th last week Coraline moved up to 2nd this week. Taken remained in 3rd, while Slumdog Millionaire jumped from 9th to 5th. Friday the 13th lost over 80 percent of last weekends viewers to fall from 1st to 6th. Newcomer Fired Up flopped at the box office only reaching 9th.
The Oscars helped out the films that were up for them.
The Reader rose a spot to 14th, The Wrestler stayed at 16th. Milk climbed from 21st to 19th. Doubt went from 25th to 21st and Frost/Nixon went from 26th to 22nd.
Also this last week The Dark Knight reached a combined $1,001,346,466 worldwide.
