Re: Aliens Prequel I'd rather have another sequel than a prequel.
The whole point of original Alien is that the thing is completely unknown; that's what "alien" means, not that it crossed border illegally.
I think it's time to let aliens loose on Earth. Scenario bit like in zombie movies.
That would also give us various animal-aliens for change. Just think of that: tiger-alien, gorilla-alien... kangaroo-alien?
Re: Aliens Prequel Speaking of origin, one early Alien comic points out an interesting question:
The aliens must have evolved somewhere. Nature has balances so their enviroment must have been capable to handle them; that's one tough world to live in!
Further: what if the alien isn't at the top of the food chain? Nothing says it has to be; sure it's a predator, but it's also much like insects, including relatively fast-breeding.
So, what if... out there is something that eats aliens for breakfast, literally?
Re: Aliens Prequel A prequel? What without Ripley? No. It'd end up being just as bad as the Alien vrs Predator movies. Not worth doing. A sequel though, that I would pay to see. We need more Ripley!!
