I'm cautiously optimistic
as long as Disney allows Marvel to do what it does they'll be fine. If Disney gets involved then maybe not.
If they know what's best for them the only thing they'll do with Marvel is have Disney characters getting their own comics

I'm not much worried about the comics, but future movies (particularly), animations and games...
Not that Spider-Man in next Kingdom Hearts would do any harm

yeah the films in the works would be safe but who knows what will happen after those.
