Entry into SAP
Can anyone advise me? I have been working in IT for over 16 years as a senior analyst developer using a 4th generation development langauge. Having moved to Norway recently I noticed that there is a big demand for SAP conultants and would therefore like to retrain in SAP. What is the best way to do this? I noticed various training companies advertising but isn't there a internationally recognised certificate? ALso, would it be better to start with ABAP perhaps? And finally... What would be the expected timeframe for an experienced analyst developer to gain enough knowledge to begin looking for work in this area?
