Job Description : This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. The project manager is responsible for the overall on-time, on-budget delivery of a successful Financial SAP implementation. This position requires strong SAP product knowledge/experience as well as strong financial, managerial and communication skills. Responsibilities include: Developing work plans, managing deadlines and coordination of project team and sub-team activities Estimating project skill requirements, working with deployment to identify appropriate resources an managing their integration into the team Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones Setting and controlling scope Communicating status and vision to client management and stakeholders Overall team management, including regular evaluations Budget management Risk management
Candidate Must Have :Project management of Full-Life-Cycle SAP FI module implementation within Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Life Sciences, or Travel & Transportation Industries · Management of large project teams (15+ core team members) · Developing work plans, managing deadlines and coordination of project team and sub-team activities ·Estimating project skill requirements, working with deployment to identify appropriate resources and managing their integration into the team Communicating status and vision to client management and stakeholders
Additional Information : Big 5 consulting experience strongly preferred. Demonstrable Business Development experience is strongly preferred.
SAP QM A&D Industry Solution Consultant

Job Description : This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. Notice: All Candidates must be clearable to a minimum of US Secret Security Clearance. * SAP Consultant with 5 + years direct, hands on experience with the Quality Management (QM) module and at least 3 full project lifecycles. * Understanding of how QM integrates with other SAP modules necessary and SAP QM certification would be helpful. * Aerospace & Defense solution, * 4.6 or 4.7 SAP Quality Management configuration experience, * Discrete Industries & Mill Products Solution (DIMP) expertise, ideally 2-3 full lifecycle implementations. * Familiarity with current quality specs, test requirements, Six Sigma and other quality initiatives, failure analysis, material review boards, full lifecycle traceability. * Electronics and/or satellite experience a plus. Since the majority of our consulting work is done at our client sites, this position requires up to 100% travel during the business week.
