getting new stock and goign to paint and getting the X7 hopper they are in transit and i just painted the grip

Cool! Looks good. Didn't Tim do something similar? What kinda of paint did you use? I would like to do somthing like that but I'm kinda rough on my guns and would be concerned that the paint would start wearing off. Maybe I test it on the A-5 first...

its camo paint made by Krylon, ive used it before on my tree stands and actually it holds up really well, after bought a wekk it doesnt scratch to easily, its an ultra flat paint too, there are 4 colors the make i only used olive, brown and khaki i didnt want the black

Yeah, Krylon is pretty decent stuff. I used it to camo my boat for duck hunting (LOTS OF CANS!!!). You just have to let it cure for a little while. My boat was a 16.5 foot aluminum v-bottom. I did it in the fall a couple months before duck season to make sure it wouldn't scratch off. It did scratch in some places, but that was because of the rocks and sand when I beached it.
