Lingo
If we really want to move forward as a unified team and unstopable at that...there are a few basic things we need to get out of the way and I hope I am not stepping out of position suggesting what we should do as a team.
A#1 Callsigns: We arent going to know one another well enough to do what should be done, and know one another well enough to designate each others call sign: so if you have something you want to be called or have always been called speak up now and thats your call sign. They should be 1-2 syllables at most for com purposes. I suggest we get these out of the way first so we get comfortable reacting to them and responding at the drop of a hat.
#2: Abbreviations. As far as letters go, Bryan you are squad lead so let me know if you want to use something different, but I find that you communicate most in alpha language. As such it should be everyones job to learn alpha speak based on mil language. I will post a follow up that has a summary. This will make us much more effective in the field.
#3: Tactics: I think on Feb 2-3rd practice we should decide on a character for the team and a philosopy of attack/defend and we stick to it. Based on what strategy we choose we will decide how we want to play out games.
Our ultimate goal as a scenario sqaud should be to dictate what the other team does when facing us. I think I along with the rest of you want to make our impact quickly and let everyone else in the area know that we mean business (when we aren't doing our jobs or caring for our families) and we aren't going to take **** from anyone (pardon my french) .

Re: Lingo
Scott,
I'm excited that you are taking a very proactive role. These are the types of thing I've wanted to implement. S, by all means...keep 'em coming.
