The Sixth Book -- Spoilers welcome

Just wanted to start the first thread for discussion of the new book! As I said, bring o the spoilers. Lets begin with the first *SPOILER*:

*BOOK SIX TITLE*

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

Now, let us start some discussion on the matter...

Who is the HBP?
What is Snape up to?
Will the Death Eaters arrested escape?
New Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor? Snape possible?
Is Sirius really dead?
Where will everyone's loyalties lie in the end?

These are crappy questions, but its a start, I guess. Post more questions, and I'll answer when I'm not lazy. Also, when you come up with a new question, bold it so I can see it faster, and I'll add it to the top of the list here.

I think Sirius is really dead. I know it's painful for his fans to think about him as one of the victims of war (and again Potter has no carer, I think it's one of reasons we can't accept Black's death) but... you know, this is a *war*. On the war not only characters like Cedric Diggory can die. Everyone can be a victim. I think Sirius is dead and no buts. Of course that was sad moment in OOTP. If Rowling brings him back to life somehow it will be silly thing. Because if Sirius could survive why not Harry's parents? Gee, I wrote at lenght, sorry...

As for new DADA teacher I always thought that even if Snape will teach it it would be in 7th year. No idea who could it be. Well, DADA teachers are always new chara in books... Hey, maybe that Half-blood prince would teach...? Naaaay, that's stupid idea...
