Tuesday & Thursday Night Training

Do people want to share their thoughts on varying the rides.

E.g. Tuesday a more steady chain gang on usual circuit and Thursday a harder chain gang on a more rolling course. All start together or group 1 & 2... group 2 give group 1 a 5 minute headstart... or any other ideas...

Sounds like a good plan to me, certainly enjoyed the route last Thursday night, so long as you don't mind taking it easy up the climb to Ashley then count me in...

How long will this new route take ( thinking of daylight) , what are the short cuts etc, Could do with riding it on a club run to get to know the route. Suggest we stay with usual route or you will be doing a lot of waiting ! I will be out this Thursday and would prefer Gnosall route.
