Good hard ride last night, nowhere to hide on this one.
Belly - you need to eat more cakes.I'd like to take you up some hills one day for some payback.

Re: Tuesday & Thursday Night Training

The ride on Tuesday was actually a lot more impressive than the 23.5 the week before since there was actually a fair headwind on the section out of Gnossal. Goes to show what working together on the chain gang can do in terms of average speed. Also there were a couple of minor delays one of which was entirely my fault resulting in myself and RichB having a little dance arm in arm...

Couple of people talked about going over 25mph average, I reckon we can but not by riding harder, we need to ride smarter and make the changes smoother, sticking together as a bunch better. Also we would need to be riding hard right from the start of the ride rather than a few minutes in as we have done in the past.

Just my opinion which is worth exactly what you paid for it!

Paul.
